We will not use the information collected from you, your customers, or your surveys for any purpose other than providing you feedback reports, and assembling benchmarking data, which is not personally identifying. We will make every effort to ensure that any information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment.

Survey Advantage retains all records of your orders, surveys, and reports, and other miscellaneous account information for you. This data is not accessible to any entity outside Survey Advantage.

Survey Data

When you publish your survey on the Survey Advantage server, we will provide you with a unique URL to display your survey and monitor incoming survey responses. Survey Advantage will not provide this URL to any other person or entity. Survey Advantage maintains ownership of your survey and the data collected therein.

When Survey Advantage receives your survey results, we will store them in a secure location and will allow your survey results to be downloaded only directly into your desktop software. Survey Advantage has extensive security measures in place to protect your results while stored on our servers, and we will prosecute any attempt to access this information without authorization.

How we protect your information

Due to specific nature of customer feedback data, any information collected and processed with Survey Advantage is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not sell or rent out any personal information gathered from clients. We will make no public release of any personal information that is collected through our proprietary survey tool. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information that we collect.

Email non-disclosure

Our e-mail notification system stores your customer e-mail addresses on our server in a secure location. These addresses are your property, not that of Survey Advantage. Survey Advantage may examine these lists for support and troubleshooting purposes. Survey Advantage will not use or sell these e-mail addresses.

Anti SPAM Policy

The information we collect is never sold, rented, leased, traded, marketed, distributed, or disclosed in any way. Survey Advantage and its users agree to not initiate any form of SPAM emailing based on Survey Advantage email lists or survey results.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small text files a website can use to recognize repeat users. Survey Advantage uses cookies to recognize visitors and more quickly provide personalized content or grant you unimpeded access to the website. With cookies enabled, you will not need to fill in password or contact information.

Information gathered through cookies also helps us measure the use of our website. Cookie data allow us to track usage behavior and compile data that we can use to improve the site. This data will be used in aggregate form; no specific users will be tracked.

The foregoing policies are effective as of April 10, 2006. Survey Advantage reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying users of the existence of a new privacy statement. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
