Survey Response Alerts
In order to help you respond quickly to customer feedback, we send email alerts. We'll send an alert under two conditions:
  • Daily response alerts if there were new responses in the previous 24 hours (sent only once daily)
  • Poor survey response alerts when customers answer that they are not sure, unlikely, or very unlikely to recommend you.
Feel free to add multiple email addresses to receive these alerts.





Schedule Setup Appointment
Please select a date and time when you can be available for a setup call. Typically this call takes fifteen minutes to a half an hour. During the setup call we will review and make any necessary changes to the survey materials, as well as go over the surveying process, and answer any questions you might have. We recommend you have members of your team who will be involved in the survey process present for the call as well.



Program & Billing information
Please select your software package. Monthly fees depend on software integration requirements, and the frequency at which you wish to launch. We can discuss options in more detail during our scheduled setup call.

We will also collect your credit card information during our setup call. Billing will begin immediately following the first launch, with the exception of launches covered under a promotion. You can cancel anytime. Cancelations must be received prior to the current month's billing cycle in order to ensure you are not billed for that month.

Terms of use

CustomerPulse is priced for one location or multiple locations run as a single entity. If a second survey is required for project needs outside of scope, additional charges will apply. Discounts are available for operations with multiple locations with special project management needs for each location.

Launch frequency varies depending on how soon a business desires to have a survey delivered to a customer after a transaction. We offer semi-annual, quarterly, daily, and seasonal pulse program. These details will be determined during the setup stage of the project.

Once the first survey is launched, billing will begin and continue until account is canceled. Payment will be collected via credit card only, charged on either the 1st or the 15th of the month for the next month's billing cycle. Program can be canceled anytime. Cancelations will go into effect immediately upon the beginning of the following billing cycle. Cancelations placed previous to the end of the current billing period will not be prorated or refunded for actual time used.

Unless otherwise noted, in order to receive a free launch in conjunction with a promotional code, the survey launch must take place within 45 days of your initial setup appointment, or 60 days from the submission of this form, whichever is sooner.

User agrees that Survey Advantage shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind to the User, including, but not limited to, those that may result from service interruptions, delays, non-deliveries, or mis-deliveries. Response rates stated are guidelines only. Actual rates depend on email deliverability, customer database, and business relationships. Survey Advantage makes no guarantee of response rates. Additionally, Survey Advantage makes no warranties regarding its ability to recover any lost data, lost files, or other information, regardless of how or why the file was lost.
