Third, once you have completed your survey worksheet, return to this page and click on the 2nd link below that will take you directly the Official Wage & Benefits Survey form where you will actually enter your answers:
It is possible to skip the worksheet entirely and go directly to the Survey Form instead, but we will leave that up to you. Please note that due to time constraints, surveys must be submitted electronically. We cannot accept printed copies. Whether or not you choose to assign this task to a trusted employee is also up to you. Incomplete surveys will be rejected.
Fourth, submit your survey no later than the Feb. 5, 2012 Deadline. Surveys submitted after that time may not be accepted. Please help us help you by returning your survey data as quickly as possible.
Fifth, remember to enter your name, company name, address and proper email address at the end of the electronic survey. This is how we verify your participation.
Sixth, in all cases, we strongly recommend that you make and retain a copy of your survey. We are dedicated to providing every qualified participant a copy of the final report, but we cant do that if we dont have a complete mailing address.
