This integration allows your LoyaltyLoop Leads and Referrals, generated from your feedback surveys, to flow into PlanProphet so you can run automated follow-up campaigns that help you close more business.
In addition, your contact records in PlanProphet will show you the last time the customer gave a response to your LoyaltyLoop survey, and their Net Promoter Score disposition (i.e., Promoter, Passive or Detractor).
Lastly, when viewing your customer record in PlanProphet, you can directly click through to LoyaltyLoop

What does the integration with PlanProphet do?
There are 2 aspects of the integration that adds value to PlanProphet users:
(1) STANDARD INTEGRATION: LoyaltyLoop Survey Results added to PlanProphet
- Your PlanProphet contact record will be annotated with details from that customer's LoyaltyLoop survey response
- View customer survey response, NPS disposition (e.g. Promoter, Passive, Detractor), and more
- View critical actions you need to take based on feedback, from your Prophet Alerts
- Click and launch into LoyaltyLoop from PlanProphet to see all customer experience details

Standard Integration: There is no additional cost from PlanProphet nor LoyaltyLoop.
Premium Integration: Adds $50/month to your PlanProphet subscription (see PlanProphet for details). There is no additional cost from LoyaltyLoop.
How does the data flow between my systems?
LoyaltyLoop and PlanProphet are both cloud-based services. Like most cloud services, you can connect one service to any number of other services.
Using the integrations, data flows between your PlanProphet and your MIS regularly. But data also flows from your MIS to LoyaltyLoop, and survey results flow from LoyaltyLoop back to PlanProphet. These connections enable the flow of data into the correct system at the correct time to execute the services each software perform for you.
The best part? Once connected, the systems work together to make the managing of your business easier, and more informed.
How do I enable my PlanProphet Integration?
It is a simple 2-step process to connect your LoyaltyLoop to PlanProphet. You'll generate a LoyaltyLoop API Key, then provide it to PlanProphet support. Here's how:
- Sign into LoyaltyLoop with an Admin user account
- Click your username, then Settings, then API Keys
- Click the plus (+) button to create a new API Key
- Label the API Key "PlanProphet", and copy the Key to a Notepad or other file (or just to your clipboard)
The final step is to send an email to PlanProphet Support, pasting your LoyaltyLoop API Key in the email (or attaching the Notepad file), and request they turn on the LoyaltyLoop-PlanProphet integration for you.
How does the integration behave?
As new results flow in to LoyaltyLoop from your customer experience survey, results will flow into your PlanProphet automatically. This allows you to view your customer survey results in PlanProphet, and puts you in position to use the PlanProphet automated campaign feature to follow-up on LoyaltyLoop Leads and Referrals.
